Brilliant - Tue 24th Feb 2009 I used this in my school cooking class to make some excellent pancakes, and they turned out brilliant, all the while impressing my teacher because I'd found a good egg substitute. When making the pancake I also included Banana(in the pancake mixture) and a coconut/sugar sauce solution with papaya (Sugar rush!), and they turned out brilliantly. Definitely recommend for anyone who has an allergy to egg and cannot find another replacer(like me).
