Product Details

If you are needing to avoid eggs in your diet because you are allergic to them or because you are a vegan, then Orgran No Egg is for you. You can use No Egg to replace both whole eggs or egg whites in cooking and baking. So it is great for cakes, meringues, sauces and custard. No Egg is not so great for scrambled egg or omelettes, but otherwise it really is a fantastic, no cholesterol, replacement.

Usage

For 1 whole egg, add 1 teaspoon of No Egg to 2 tablespoons of water. In place of egg whites, substitute 1 heaped teaspoon with 1 tablespoon of water. Other liquids including milk, fruit juice or vegetable juice may be used in place of water.

Potato starch, tapioca flour, vegetable gum (methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), food acid (citric).
