Cooking Instructions
400ml water or 450ml milk3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 packet Orgran Easy Bake Bread Mix
1. Place all the ingredients in a medium plastic bowl and mix continually on low to medium speed to a smooth paste.
2. Spoon mix into a pre-oiled loaf tin.
3. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes.
4. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
Can be cooked in a bread making machine or a conventional oven.

Maize starch, rice flour, raising agents: glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, fructose, emulsifier: monodiglyceride from vegetable gums: carboxymethyl-cellulose, guar gum, methylcellulose, sea salt.Nutritional Information

- Sat 24th Feb 2007I use this bread mix in my Panasonic Bread Maker. It is not only easy to use but the loaf that it produces looks fantastic, always risen well & has a lovely brown crust. The consistency is firm which makes it very good to cut, yet it is a really light, delicious bread. I especially like it toasted and if you use a toaster it is best to have the setting on high as this will give a good toasted result. It needs to be on a higher setting than conventional wheat-based bread if you like your toast brown!
