Cooking Instructions
400ml water or 450ml milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 packet Orgran Easy Bake Bread Mix
1. Place all the ingredients in a medium plastic bowl and mix continually on low to medium speed to a smooth paste.
2. Spoon mix into a pre-oiled loaf tin.
3. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes.
4. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
Can be cooked in a bread making machine or a conventional oven.
Ingredients
Maize starch, rice flour, raising agents: glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, fructose, emulsifier: monodiglyceride from vegetable gums: carboxymethyl-cellulose, guar gum, methylcellulose, sea salt.

I use this bread mix in my Panasonic Bread Maker. It is not only easy to use but the loaf that it produces looks fantastic, always risen well & has a lovely brown crust. The consistency is firm which makes it very good to cut, yet it is a really light, delicious bread. I especially like it toasted and if you use a toaster it is best to have the setting on high as this will give a good toasted result. It needs to be on a higher setting than conventional wheat-based bread if you like your toast brown!
