Orgran Itsy Bitsy Cocoa O's is made from 73% wholegrain cereal with the addition of psyllium for dietary fibre. This product is also naturally gluten free and easier to digest than wheat based cereals to assist us with energy required for the busy schedule of the day.

Ingredients

Brown rice flour 65%, raw sugar, wholegrain sorghum flour 8%, psyllium 2%, cocoa 2%, natural caramel colour, calcium carbonate, salt, brown rice syrup, emulsifier: vegetable derived monoglycerides, natural chocolate flavour.

In my opinion this cereal is a bit tasteless but I buy them for my son and he really likes them. They are very high in fibre which is great as it can be difficult to get enough fibre into kids on a gluten free diet.

Fantastic! A great tasting gluten free cereal that is produced in dedicated facilities is a rare find. This is a great treat, and despite its far higher nutritional value, tastes quite similar to the sugar-bomb glutenous versions we once consumed.
