Orgran Rice & Corn Pasta is a high quality multi award winning pasta carefully produced from a combination of rice and sun ripened corn. It is naturally wheat and gluten free and is also a delicious, versatile product that provides diverse nutrition over wheat pasta. It is easier to digest and assists with nutrition and variation essential for a well balanced diet and well being.

Cooking Instructions

Place contents into plenty of boiling water. Salt may be added. Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 mins. or until preferred consistency. Strain and rinse under warm running water.

Try adding 4 cooked gluten-free sausages, cut into small chunks, to a roasting dish with 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and a sprinkling of fresh thyme. Roast in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C/gas 4 for 20 mins. Meanwhile, use a veg peeler to peel ribbons of courgette and cook in a non-stick frying pan with no oil for a few mins. Cook penne then add to the roasting dish with the courgette curls. Mix well and serve.
