Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with your favourite condiment or sauce. Great for summer salads.

Cooking Instructions

Cook in boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Strain and rinse thoroughly under warm running water.

Organ Vegetable Rice Spiral Pasta - Tue 5th Apr 2011
I love this pasta, which I call 'My Pasta'! It's filling, colourful & tasty. I use it instead of potatoes for a change, with a meal or I mix it with tinned tuna, vegetables, houmous & heat all together in the microwave with no-salt crushed crips on the top. Delicious!

These have become quite a staple in my diet since becoming wheat-free and I love them. Great with tomato sauces but do tend to break up quite easily if over-cooked.
