This is great bread. I like that the slices are nice and big. Spreading organic wildbee honey over the top is a great snack at work - and healthy! The only thing I noticed (why only 4 stars and not 5) is that the pieces sometimes stick together so you have to carefully use a butterknife to separate - and it is very crumbly so lay down a papertowel if you are eating it at work.

I love this bread toasted plain -- so do my kids and they are really little (I wouldn't've thought they'd like it so much, but they love it). Because of the high rye content, it is very dense and filling and doesn't go bad for ages (mine never has and I accidentally had a pack open for over 2 weeks!). It's also a really nice dark brown colour.
