Serving Suggestion

Put one teaspoonful of Barleycup into a cup and add boiling water. Add milk, sugar or honey to taste. Can also be served cold.

A Wonderful Alternative To Coffee. -
I love this drink!
With Barleycup being a cereal based drink I have found that I have stopped snacking between meals. So I'm thinner and healthier.
