Choccy Rice Cakes - Wed 16th Nov 2011
Line a cupcake tin with paper cases. Melt 200 g of broken up dark chocolate with 40 g butter/margarine and 40 g golden syrup in a pan over a low heat. Stir together, remove from the heat then add 100 g rice crunchies and stir until well coated. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
