Store in a cool dry place.

Maize starch, soya bran, pregelatinised tapioca starch, palm oil, invert sugar, salt, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate), emulsifier (diacetyltartaric acid esters of fatty acids).

One of my favourite foods used to be matzo. However, once I started on a gluten free diet, I had to say goodbye to this snack. But, now I can enjoy matzo again thanks to Barkat's Matzo Crackers!

Their delicious matzo is vegetarian, kosher, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free, and yeast free.

Lovely crackers for those on restricted diets and super with soya cheese.My son commented that they were so free of foods that they can't taste of much, but I was pleasantly surprised at how palatable they were. I will be ordering these again.
