Product Details

Porridge is regarded as one of the very best, most comforting breakfasts. It is full of essential nutrients and the complex carbohydrates in oats release energy slowly to keep you going for hours. Oats are also high in soluble fibre. Studies show that the inclusion of oats as part of a diet low in saturated fat can help reduce blood cholesterol as part of a healthy lifestyle. Whats more, alaras oats are rolled from whole grains and there is strong evidence that people with a healthy heart tend to eat more wholegrain foods.

Serving Suggestion

Mix 50g of OT with 150ml (2/3 of a cup) of milk or water. Cook on the stove for a few minutes stirring constantly until desired consistency is reached.
Alternatively cook in a microwave for 3 minutes (650 watt) then stir and leave for 1 minute.
