Product Details

Sweetcorn Relish - Wed 1st Feb 2012
Put 4 skinned tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped celery stick, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp malt vinegar, a good pinch of mustard powder and some salt and pepper in a pan and simmer for 15 mins. Blend 2 tsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water and stir into the sauce along with 200 g drained canned sweetcorn. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, and boil until thickened. Leave to cool, then serve with burgers.
