Fermented from the fresh pressed juice of whole organically grown Rioja grapes which are traditionally sweeter and fuller bodied, giving our products more character and flavour. The wine vinegars are matured before being bottled unpasturised and free from preservatives and additives to ensure a full natural flavour. Healthy eating with good taste.
