A mildly spiced falafel burger with a fruity twist of sultanas, mango and lemon.

Serving Suggestion

Try it on the BBQ served in a soft ciabatta roll with roasted peppers, grilled halloumi and garlic mayonnaise.

Cooking Instructions

For best results always cook from frozen.
Remove all packaging.
Check food is piping hot before serving.

To oven cook : Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven 200°C/400°F gas mark 6 for 25-30 minutes.

To grill : Place under a medium pre-heated grill for 12-15 minutes turning frequently.

To BBQ : Cook on the BBQ turning frequently for 12-15 minutes.

Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Chick pea (48%), onions, sultanas (9%), rapeseed oil, breadcrumb (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), mango puree (4%), parsley, single cream, cumin, salt, coriander, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, chilli powder.

Lovely fruity taste with a nice mildly spicy flavour. Great texture for cooking, sometimes these kind of burgers fall apart. We all loved them and need to get some more for a second opinion!
