A delicious moist combination of whole fairtrade peanuts, and fairtrade cashew nuts with sweet root vegetables and fairtrade rice, seasoned with herbs.

Vegetables 45% (carrots, onions, parsnips, spinach), fairtrade nuts 22% (fairtrade peanuts, fairtrade cashew nuts), breadcrumbs, vegetable oil, fairtrade basmati brown rice 5%, rice starch, salt, sage, garlic purée, fairtrade black pepper.

Really tasty with no nonsense ingredients. Nor do they contain milk or egg ingredients which so many other products have. Worthwhile buy not just for a vegan family. Makes a delicious supper and thumbs up from my daughters.

These are great to stick in a bread roll with some coleslaw or chutney. Good to know there's some Fairtrade ingredients in there.
