With a chunky, rich texture FRY's Vegetarian Mince is a versatile vegan, meat alternative that can be used in spaghetti bolognaise, chilli NON carnes, pies, lasagne or for good old mince and tatties

Ingredients

Hydrated textured vegetable protein (Soya), wheat protein, vegetable oil, starch, flavourings, spices, vegetable protein isolate, wheat flour, cellulose extract, sea salt, onion, colour: caramel. Gravy powder: modified starch, sugar, flavourings, hydrolysed vegetable protein, salt, gluten, colour: caramel.

This mince is really nice, it has a good texture and taste, is very easy to cook with. Its fairly chunky and looks almost like pellets but tastes really nice.
