This stuff is gorgeous! It's spicy but not too much. My kids (2-7) love it too. We've used it in sandwiches, on pizza, battered, cubed in stirfrys etc but more often than not we end up having a slice every time we go in the kitchen! My mum quite often asks me to order one for her too. Great stuff!

This is amazing in sandwiches, on pizzas and fried as part of a vegan fry-up but is sooooo irresistible that I end up just slicing and nibbling away!

Thanks for stocking Fry's Polony. So impossible to get in the UK... My order with GoodnessDirect took less than 24h to be delivered and arrived in impeccable frozen condition.

I used to eat that Polony back in Mauritius throughout my A-level years, that's some 10 years ago but I still remember its indescribable yummy flavour. My mum would cut it up into small cubes and fry them till crispy on the outside. Crispy and crunchy is usually how I like them. She'd also add chopped garlic, shallots, sea salt and black pepper for flavour.

Delicious savoury flavour! Family favourite. Fantastic in sandwiches, or on a bed of salad with new potatoes. Only problem is any left over in the fridge vanishes!

This doesn't last two minutes once opened in our house. It's just so lovely and versatile. Aside from sandwiches and toasties, this is gorgeous in wholemeal pitta bread, chopped into cubes with tomato and cucumber. I also had some with Jamaican Rice and Peas left over from the night before. I added some of this cubed, it goes so well with the coconut and kidney beans, trust me, don't just buy the one! :)

Fry's do it again. Both the slicing sausage and the polony are essentials in our freezer now. Whether it be cold sliced in sandwiches or salad or lightly fried with a cooked breakfast they are delicious and great value for money in these sausage forms. Try them, if you have any liking for processed sausage products you'll love these.
