For those people who are in the process of giving up meat to convert to a vegetarian diet then these are perfect. Tasty, filling, and very simple to prepare. While the rest of the family tucked into their Sunday roast, I left out the meat and had one of these instead with rice, vegetables and potatoes.

Chemical flavouring - Sun 23rd Mar 2008
I am a vegetarian of about 35 years. Someone gave me these for the first time yesterday. Shortly afterwards my inside went into spasm, usually a sign of intolerance to something such as MSG or similar. Is "nature identical flavour" just another "politically correct" term for chemical flavouring, from things I've read, that's exactly what it is. Why do they have to do it, what's wrong with the real stuff?

My son and I love these, and best off all they're full on vegan. I mention this because most stuff that we find in the store includes eggs which is a disappointment. I'm very please to have found these.

These are devilishly delish!! Pretty awesome oven baked or slightly pan fried for that extra crispiness.
Love them with fresh lime but they are amazing even without salt n pepper!
Addicted, i'm buying 4 more today Thank you Fry people!! :)
