Italian inspired organic garlic salami. Produced from pure organic raw materials, without nitrate, which gives the salami the original pale look when cut open.

Serving Suggestion

Perfect in a sandwich or baguette. Try it in a bap with mixed salad, pickled garlic, sundried tomatoes, olives and a little mozzarella. Ideal as a pizza topping.
