A mild and child friendly salami. This salami is produced from pure, organic raw materials, without the use of nitrates which gives the salami the original pale look when cut open.Aalbęk Specialties is an organic manufacturer, situated in the center of the Danish peninsula.
They are Denmark's largest producer of organic charcuterie, such as organic sausages.
