Freeze dried kefir starter cultures for homemade kefir. Use any fresh milk or dairy free alternative. Each sachet makes one litre of delicious kefir for you to enjoy!

Skimmed milk powder, ascorbic acid, active kefir lactic bacteria and yeasts.

Allegen Info: Produced in a factory that also processes wheat, soya, eggs, milk and fish.
Recipe
Use one 5g sachet of starter cultures to make one litre of fresh kefir with milk of your choice: Including cows milk, goats milk and soya milk. Always use fresh milk.
Mix the cultures into warm milk and let them ferment at room temperature for around 24 hours.
When the milk is set, your kefir is ready, just transfer to the fridge and let it cool down over 6-8 hours, then it's ready to consume.
Store your homemade kefir in a cold fridge at 4°C, and consume within 4 days.
