Sesame seeds have a nutty, slightly sweet flavour and aroma, further enhanced when the seeds are toasted. Sprinkle on breads and biscuits before baking or use in salads, cooked rice or steamed vegetables. Try blending with butter or mayonnaise to make a nutty spread for your favourite sandwiches. Sesame seeds can alao be sprouted

I make honey sesame snaps with this and they are delicious, a better treat than chemical " Ruber sweets". Cheapest ones around too.

These are very fresh and taste wonderful, unlike the stuff you can get in a supermarket. They add a nutty taste to smoothies and are irreplaceable in many Asian dishes. A good addition to home made nuts and seeds bars with dried fruit and honey.
