Recommended Dosage
Take upto 6 grams of crushed seeds a day. Lindseeds break up easily in the gut and help to reduce irritation of the bowel.
Serving Suggestion
Linseeds have a mild nutty flavour. Sprinkle onto breakfast cereal or mix with yoghurt. Use in bread making. Add to salads.

I read that linseed is only properly digested and absorbed by the body when ground, so now I grind it and spinkle on my cereal. A good replacer for eggs in vegan chocolate cakes too

Great added to bagel or bread dough, or sprinkled onto muesli. Grind, and mix at a ratio of 1 to 3 to make an excellent egg replacer for vegan baking.
