Sesame seeds have a nutty, slightly sweet flavour and aroma, further enhanced when the seeds are toasted. Sprinkle on breads and biscuits before baking or use in salads, cooked rice or steamed vegetables. Try blending with butter or mayonnaise to make a nutty spread for your favourite sandwiches. Sesame seeds can alao be sprouted
