Ideal dry roasted as a snack. Try them glazed with tamari for a substantial and satifying treat.

These are my favourite pumpkin seeds as they have a great flavour and re-assuring to know they are organic. I love munching on a mixture of sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Put a large spoon on my breakfast muesli every morning.

Excellent quality and value. Very prompt delivery. We put these with fruit and yogurt for healthy pudding. Also mixed with other seeds in bread. Delicious.
