These dark green pumpkin seeds are edible seeds that are found in pumpkins from China. They are packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals, numerous antioxidants. The seeds contain a high amount of good quality protein, 24.4g for every 100g.
Green vegetable stir fry with pumpkin seeds: Blanch 115g broccoli florets and 140g green beans in boiling water for 2mins then stir fry in a wok with 1tbsp olive oil. 1 sliced green pepper, 6 chopped spring onions, 1 clove crushed garlic, 2tbsp pumpkin seeds. When vegetables are tender add season and serve.
Just pumpkin seeds and nothing else.

Amazing value for money. Asdas non organic pumpkin seeds cost over a pound for 150 gm, making this a bargain at 90p for 150gm worth. Delicious roasted and put in your muesli. Reviewer's Name:

Toast in a dry pan with some sunflower seeds then keep in an airtight container. Great eaten as they are or on top of a salad.Reviewer's Name:
