Goodness Organic Brown Rice Flakes - Thu 28th Oct 2010For those of us who can't eat oats, these organic brown rice flakes make a wonderful alternative for breakfast and produce a nice creamy tasting porridge. I like to eat them with fruit and nuts added and a little sugar. A great start to the day.
