These are great on their own, but I really like them mixed with raisins, muscovado sugar, and margarine or coconut oil. Stir everything together in a pan over low to medium heat until the margarine or coconut oil has melted and the muscovado sugar has softened into the margarine/coconut oil. It's great on toast or puff pastry as a canape.

Absolutely lovely in home-made cakes and biscuits. Also work well in stir-fries and veggie stews. Very good value for money and contain EFAs, so great for your health too

Try mixing together a sliced avocado with apple and celery, then sprinkle over pieces of walnut to make a salad.
