Smells fresh. The whole cupboard smells like coconut now, which is a good thing.

I just found this and realised that I have been buying the wrong thing - this is the FINE dessicated coconut and I have been getting the standard stuff. The fine is so much better in recipies - I make 'raw balls' with nuts, dates, almond butter etc, and roll them in the coconut - this is going to be sooo much better!

Great price for good quality product. Good coconutty taste. Great for sprinkling on cereals and making raw power bars.

This product is of great quality, it tastes and smells divine. I love the fact that it is pure coconut without any additives. Great ingredient of raw sweets and desserts :)
