Brazils have a rich creamy taste, similar in texture to the coconut. They can be used as additional ingredients in ice cream, desserts or nut mixes. Add to muesli, nut loafs or just enjoy as a snack plain, roasted or salted.

Nutritional Information

An excellent source of Selenium, protein and fibre. Brazil nuts are high in minerals including zinc and magnesium, and contain useful amounts of phosphorous, copper and iron.
