Rice flakes, (raisins, millet flakes, roasted buckwheat, sultanas in variable proportions), sunflower seeds, chopped dates, (currants, roasted hazelnuts, flaked almonds, cashew pieces in variable proportions).

In tests capable of detecting more than 0.02% no gluten was found.
