Product Details

Naturally gluten free & wheat free, plain in flavour, creamy in colour and easy to digest, rice flour can be used to make great puddings and biscuits. It can also be used to thicken sauces in sweet and savoury dishes.

100% Organic brown rice.

Per 100g:
Energy 1478kJ, 348kcal, Protein 6.9g, Carbohydrate 74g, Fat 2.8g.

May contain soya, milk protein, gluten, nut traces.

Recipe

Recipe: rice flour cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Goodness Brown Rice Flour
2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup nuts (ground)

Directions:
Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for several hours or overnight. Roll into 1-inch balls and arrange on oiled baking sheet. Press flat with bottom of glass. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

A nice flour but after finding out I cannot eat wholegrain rice I am hoping Goodness will read this and introduce an organic WHITE rice flour. Please!
