Sultana dessert
Mix together 50g sultanas, 250g sieved cottage cheese, 100g ground almonds, few drops of vanilla essence, 1tsp honey and the juice of 1 lemon. Chill in individual dishes.

Goodness sultanas are good quality. We use them in our breakfast muesli mix and also add when cooking homemade curries. Good to eat on their own and add to salads too.
