Got a hankering for something sweet? Sticky Toffee perhaps...? Well you can't get much closer than these dates, all the fun but none of the fat or high Gi sugar that toffee has. If you're on a diet or just eat healthy, dates are the ideal way to curb sweet cravings, just be careful...before you realise it half the packet may be gone...Oops!!! Great for baking, turns a banana cake into something more than heavenly, and they are such great value for a high quality product.

Use with buckwheat flour, almond milk, dark sugar, grapeseed & olive oils to make date muffins.

These dates are yummy and what's most important - without added vegetable oil or other preserving agents which is quite rare.
They bend really well with nuts, seeds or coconut to make a base for raw cakes. Enjoy!

Sometimes dates are bland and sometimes they are tasty -- these are tasty! I like to chop them up and add them to scones, but I also like to eat them on their own. They are great as a filling snack when I am travelling. My kids love them, too.
