Recipe

Apricot & Tofu Dessert
Soak 110g apricots overnight and simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain, reserving the juice.) Liquidise with 225g tofu and 2tbsp of clear honey. Add juice until thick and soft. Blend again, pour into sundae glasses and chill.
