Serving Suggestion

Oaten griddle cakes: Mix 100g oatmeal, 100g flour, and ½ tsp baking powder. Rub in 28g margarine. Mix to a soft dough with milk. Roll out to ¼" thick and cut into triangles. Bake on a floured griddle, turning when browned.
