The first time I cooked this it ended up as mush, think I need to look for another recipe and try again.

Kasha - Sat 13th Dec 2014

Kasha has a lovely nutty and lightly roasted taste. It's a great addition to muesli or it can be added to porridge. When cooking, it has a short cooking time and it can be cooked together with quinoa or rice, etc to create a more interesting flavour. Kasha is not a grain but a seed and can be suitable for those avoiding traditional grains.
