Good quality, easy sprouting grain, great for raw granola/ buckwheaties or for raw breads.

Raw buckwheat is somewhat lighter in texture and in taste than roasted buckwheat, it makes lovely soups or side dishes. Highly recommended, really warming for colder days.

Buckwheat is a great gluten-free 'cereal-grain', though it's actually a fruit seed, great to use as a porridge alternative or grind-down to use a gluten-free flour. Very nutritious.
