Serving Suggestion

Serve in place of rice with curries or other savoury dishes.

Cooking Instructions

To cook: (quick method) 1 part couscous to 2 parts warm water (salt to taste). Allow couscous to stand 5-10 mins in warm water. Spread on baking sheet and place in hot oven for 3-4 mins. Stir in herbs and margarine to taste.
