Serving Suggestion

Serve in place of rice with curries or other savoury dishes.

Cooking Instructions

To cook: (quick method) 1 part couscous to 2 parts warm water (salt to taste). Allow couscous to stand 5-10 mins in warm water. Spread on baking sheet and place in hot oven for 3-4 mins. Stir in herbs and margarine to taste.

I love couscous, and there is a really great recipe in The Kind Life book that I make over and over it is so good. Keeps for a few days in the fridge too, so I can be lazy the next night!
