Good product for those trying to avoid the sugar - Fri 29th Jan 2010
I've struggled to start the day with breakfast cos that hit of sugar that even the "diet cereals" seem to feel is necessary just triggers pangs for another sugar hit. This product has been a real help in staring the day off well - though it takes a day or two to get used to the complete lack of (added) sugar - I can eat a bowl without wanting to go straight back for a second - therefore getting some food in me in the morning to set me up for the day.

They don't taste of much but they can and do make for an energising yet satisfying breakfast- the absolute essential for an active, busy day. I think that their lack of flavour but great crunchy texture makes them go best with flavoured yogurt/fromage frais topped with fruit etc. Unlike pure wheat bran I find these filling but not at all bloating.
