To make a yummy chocolate version of this cereal, add a good pinch of cocoa powder and some honey to your milk, then mix in the bran flakes until completely absorbed.

100% bran flakes - Mon 8th Dec 2008
These are lovely. Very light and cripy. Hard to believe they are 100% bran. Ideal for eating as a dry snack or as a yoghurt topping.

Organic Bran Flakes - Mon 28th Feb 2011
Goodness Organic Bran Flakes have been a lifeline for my wife who is allergic to many food additives. The local supermarket stopped supplying them and Goodness was the only source I could find. Product is excellent, well packaged and delivered. I appreciate the free delivery for orders over £40, which covers us for about three months supply. Alas there is currently no stock, but hopefully coming soon as we only have two bags left!

Best Bran flakes - Wed 11th May 2011
This is sold in great condition and has the nicest crunchy natural flavour, also it has no added sugar so is healthier and lower in calories than the other cereals. It's near impossible to find a cereal like this that is organic and without sugar. I tried a similar one from my local health food shop and it was awful in taste and texture. I highly recommend this product for lovers of bran flakes.

Delicious and satisfying! - Sat 4th Jun 2011
For so long I used to enjoy Kellogg's bran flakes - before realising their sugar content! Spent ages trying to find a healthy breakfast cereal without all the added sugar and flavourings, so when I saw these were 100% bran I was delighted!
These bran flakes are light, delicious and keep me full until lunchtime - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fibre-full breakfast cereal. Personally, I have mine with soya milk and nothing else, but if they are too plain for your taste try adding a handful of dried fruit like raisins or apricots for a sweeter taste.

These are really delicious and so hard to believe they are sugar free! As another reviewer said they make a lovely snack and even better with a few nice juicy sultanas.
I have a lovely breakfast of bran flakes, organic sultanas and rice milk. Yum!
Thanks for such a lovely, and healthy, cereal GoodnessDirect. :)
