Serving Suggestion

Hummus: Mix 350g cooked chick peas with 5 tbsp water, 1 clove crushed garlic, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp tahini and 2 tbsp olive oil. Liquidise until smooth. Chill and serve with salad.

Cooking Instructions

Soak overnight. Bring to boil and simmer for approx 2 hours
