RecipeDahl. Soak and drain 225g(8oz) lentils. Put in pan with salt and 800ml water as above. Saute 225g(8oz) onion, 1 chilli, 1/2 tspn crushed cummin and coriander, 1 tspn each mustard seed, turmeric, grd ginger and fenugreekseed in 2 tbsp sunflower oil. Stir in 2 tbsp lemon and mix with the lentils
