Recipe

Recipe: Dahl with vegetables. Fry chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tspn coriander, cummin, tumeric & ginger for 10 min Add 2 chopped tomatoes,1 diced carrot, pepper & leek. Cook for 15 mins. Stir into 250g(8oz) cooked lentils. Serve hot with rice.
