Cooking Instructions

Soak overnight. Rinse. Boil briskly in fresh water for 10 mins. Simmer until tender(approx 4 hours).

These soya beans are of very good quality and are lovely boiled with sautéed shallots. They have a subtle buttery taste and an amazing texture.
