Lazy Day Foods are a specialist company who have created an exceptional range of products from shortbread to chocolate tiffin, which are gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and egg-free. They are also suitable for vegans.

Lazy Day Foods products are all hand made in a dedicated gluten-free production facility in Scotland by Dr Sally Beatie and Emer Bustard, professional food scientists with a personal interest in food tolerances.

Sally is a mother of three who has a number of food intolerances including dairy and gluten. Her 3yr old son is also dairy intolerant, so she knows first hand the difficulties that accompany a food intolerance.

For many years Sally and Emer have been professional food scientists, and have turned their knowledge and experience to create a range of recipes for high quality allergy friendly foods that are so good that anyone will want to eat them. << Less
