Gnocchis

Ingredients

  • 200g Quinoa flakes
  • 80 corn semolina
  • Vegetable stock, salt

    Method

    Pour boiling water with vegetable stock onto the flakes. Cover and leave to swell up for about 10 minutes.

    Add the corn semolina and knead until the mixture becomes homogenous.

    Season and form the gnocchis (for example, you can form a long roll and cut it into little sections, which you roll between your hands).

    Steam them for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Other items of interest

    Eat them immediately with a sauce, or fry them with a little oil, or cook them au gratin.

    You can use them cold for a picnic.
