MethodHeat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the QUinova mince and fry over a low heat for 5-10 minutes before adding the onion and garlic. Fry gently for a further 2-3 minutes. Next add the tomatoes, stock, puree, chilli powder and chillies. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for a further 15 minutes, adding the chopped peppers and kidney beans 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
