MethodCombine all the dressing ingredients together. Stir well and set to one side. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over a low heat, add the Quinova mince and cook gently for 8 minutes, season well, tehn add the rice, beans, peanuts and onion. Fry for a couple of minutes before stirring in the dressing. Remove from the heat and serve topped with feta cheese.
