Gluten Free Nutty Butter Cookies © Doves Farm
Ingredients
- 125g (5oz) butter
- 150g (6oz) sugar
- 100g (4oz) chopped nuts
- 1 egg
- 150g (6oz) rice or buckwheat or gluten free flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2tbsp water
Method
- Cream together the butter and sugar, followed by the egg.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder and nuts, then finally the water.
- Place spoonfuls of mixture onto oiled baking tray and cook for 15 - 20 minutes in an oven pre heated to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4.
